Room Keys

Extra bedroom keys are available from Reception. Should you wish someone other than the lead booker to be able to collect a key please add their name to your booking either at Reception or by contacting us through this form.

Your room key uses the latest Near Field RFID technology and you simply tap it on the panel of your door lock to open your bedroom door (or the hotel front door should it be locked in the middle of the night).

In the unlikely event that your door lock flashes red and doesn’t open please contact Reception; your card will need refreshing.

In the unlikely event that your door lock flashes blue and doesn’t unlock then a bluetooth device on your person has inadvertently communicated with the door before your key was presented. Wait for the light to go off and try again with your key.
